Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“An infant child has been provided with medication while in care that exceeds labeled instructions.”
“The operation allowed a caregiver to provide direct care to children in care prior to receiving a background check determination of, ?Eligible?; ?Provisional Eligibility with Conditions,?; or,? Eligible with Conditions.? His/her current status is pending at another operation owned by the governing body. CI: The caregiver left the operation during the inspection.”
