Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There is a gap in the playground fence which measures 5.1 inches from the bottom of the fence to the top. This goes on for about 2 ft where the gap incrementally decreases.”
“Observed fire extinguisher in the transportation vehicle not serviced properly. Needle is in the red area showing it is empty. NOTE: CORRECTED at the time of inspection as it was replaced with a serviced fire extinguisher at the time of inspection.”
