Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During inspection the emergency practices were not up to date.”
“During inspection a child record was missing.”
“There was no current training regarding SIDS, Shaken Baby nor Early Brain Development.”
“An operation allows a person to be present at the operation after the CBCU has notified the operation that the person is ineligible to be present. The person was immediately removed from the operation, bringing the operation into compliance.”
