Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There were 13 children in care however the permit only allows for 12 children. This was corrected when one child was picked up.”
“A folded sheet was being used to cover the mattress in the play pen. It had become loose at the corners and was not tight-fitting. This was corrected at inspection when it was addressed with the caregiver and it was removed.”
“A 10 month old infant was sleeping with a blanket. This was corrected when it was addressed with the caregiver and the blanket was removed.”
“The required Consumer Product Safety Commission form has not been completed within the last year.”
