A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Information gathered in the investigation supported that a caregiver did not use good judegement when they had to use the restroom as they took the child into the staff restroom with them instead of taking the child back to class first or calling for assistance.”
