Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the investigation inspection, safety documentation for emergency drills, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency evacuation and relocation diagram, could not be presented for inspection. The primary caregiver stated that she has the documents somewhere but could not locate them during my inspection.”
“One child did not have current immunization record on file.”
“During inspection, Promotion of Physical Activity was not listed in Operational Policies.”
“Provider has not inactivated person who is no longer present at the operation.”
