“An applicant was present at the operation but not in ratio, she was preparing her classroom for when she starts teaching. CLASS indicated she was pending fingerprints and sex offender registry. This was corrected during the inspection when person in charge had applicant leave the premises until the operation receives letter of eligibility.”
