Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. “The operation's fire extinguisher has not been currently serviced. The last time it was serviced was in April of 2024.”

“The operation did not practice or document a fire drill for the month of May of this year 2022. During the fire drill, children were observed to safely exit the home within 3 minutes.”
