Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Children records were reviewed. Two children did not have a record available for review and three lacked one or more of the following: ? Emergency contact address ? Medical authorization ? Parents rights acknowledgement ? Water activities permission ? Immunization records ? Health statements”
“During the inspection, the primary caregiver did not have the following training: caring for children under 24 months and required content trainings.”
“The operation has 1 dog and no current vaccination record was observed.”
“Immunization records were on file for all children in care. 1 of the 3 were not current.”
“The vaccinations for the dog were not current.”
“There was no statemenet of health from the veterinarian for the dog.”
