Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A current fire inspection report was not available for review at time of inspection.”
“During a DFPS investigation, it was determined after video footage was observed, that two caregivers grabbed and pulled a child by the arm. The two caregivers are observed on different occasions to grab and pull child.”
“During inspection, an employee was in violation of a condition that the CBCU placed on the person's presence at the operation. This was corrected when another employee with eligible and no conditions was placed in charge.”
“Written feeding instructions were not reviewed and updated for 3 infants not yet ready for table food.”
“One classroom was over ratio by one child. This was corrected at time of inspection when an eligible volunteer was placed in this classroom to assist with the children.”
“Two caregivers were observed using inappropriate discipline practices not permitted by the operation.”
