Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation does not have current insurance; its coverage expired on 12/19/2025.”
“The provider's fence for the outdoor activity space is not four feet tall. The fence was measured only three and a half feet tall.”

“During the inspection the provider was unable to provide a child s file.”

“The provider's first-aid kit is missing adhesive tape.”
“The provider is missing the following training topics: 1. Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, including immunizations. 2. Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food allergies or allergic reactions. 3. Understanding safety concerning building premises and physical environments.”
