Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child's file was missing the healthcare statement from the child's physician.”
“The fire extinguisher has not been serviced as required by the manufacturer's instructions.”
“Statements of health were not available for the cats.”
“Two children's files were missing their emergency contact addresses.”
“The operational policies have not been updated to include the parents rights policy.”
“The operation was not current on her training hours.”
