Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The electrical outlets in the living room were not covered and were accessible to children in care. Note: The primary caregiver covered the electrical outlets during the inspection.”
“It was noted that the phone number list was not available during the inspection. However, the caregiver provided the phone list during the inspection and posted it next to the phone.”
“The inspector also observed a water hose lying across the backyard, which posed a possible tripping hazard to the children. Note: The caregiver moved the hose during the inspection.”
“The operational policy did not include the information of indoor and outdoor physical activity.”
“One child in care did not have up to date immunizations required by TX State Immunization law.”
