Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver was observed caring for children in the Pre-K 3 room without an approved background. The caregiver was observed leaving the operation during the inspection.”
“The operation did not report the number of employees who left employment in the 2022 calendar year by January 15.”
“There was no fire extinguisher in the white van used to transport children to observe during inspection.”
“There was no emergency evacuation and relocation diagram posted in each room the children use. This was corrected during the inspection when caregiver was observed posting emergency evacuation and relocation diagram in the pre-k three classroom.”
