Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There were two wooden garden stakes laying on a table in the outdoor playing area. This was corrected at inspection when the owner threw away the stakes.”
“Sign-in and sign-out logs were not available.”
“The primary caregiver was lacking current First Aid and CPR training. The training expired on 10/31/23.”
“Caregiver transported a child before receiving the parent's permission to transport.”
“Caregiver transported a child who was not in a child safety seat.”
