Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child had a parent listed has an emergency contact.”
“The operation has three epinephrine injectors/pens on file that are expired.”
“Based on information gathered through the course of investigation, it is determined that caregivers were not appropriately supervising children during outside play time resulting in a child being injured.”
“The operation has three children that do not have hearing and vision results on file.”
“The operation has two employees that do not have CPR/First Aid.”
“The operational policies does not include a section for promotion of physical activities.”
“A volunteer was observed supervising children alone during inspection.”
