Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Primary caregiver was missing 7 hours of annual training.”
“The operation does not have a current annual verification of liability insurance. The operation has a next annual verification past due date of 3/26/23. This was corrected at inspection after Director/primary caregiver submitted a Verification of Liability Insurance form 2962.”
“The operation's cube organizer used for storage of children's belongings was not labeled. Photo taken. This was corrected at inspection after the organizer was labeled with the children's names. Photo taken.”
“The caregiver did not have a current United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) certification for review at time of inspection. This was corrected when the caregiver went online and reviewed the website and printed the list and posted.”
