Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Five out of eight children's records did not have a special need statement. This was corrected when the parents were able to correct the form.”
“Some parts of the promotion of physical activity were missing.”
“The director's yearly training hours were not available for review.-”
“The inclusive services were not available for review.”
“There were several containers of Clorox wipes located in a bottom cabinet accessible to the children in one of the classrooms. This was corrected when they were moved up high in a cabinet. A dirty toy was found in a classroom accessible to the children. This was removed to an area of the room to be cleaned.”
