Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child did not have available a copy of the health statement in their file.”
“One child did not have the complete information of names and telephone numbers of persons other than a parent to whom the child may be released on file. The admission form only had names and no telephone numbers.”
“The caregiver did not have the annual transportation training.”
“One child did not have the information of name, address, and telephone number of another responsible individual (friend or relative) who should be contacted in an emergency when the parent cannot be reached.”
“The CPSC recall posting was not updated. This was corrected at the inspection, a new form was provided and filled out by the provider.”
“A five month old infant at the daycare did not have updated infant instructions for this month.”
