A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“During the course of an investigation, it was found that a 2yo child was able to access a cord to a wax warmer and pull it down upon their head from the top of a cabinet, resulting in the child being taken for medical attention by the parent.”
