Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was determined during the investigation that two caregivers left a child unsupervised in the classroom when they left the child in the bathroom and transitioned the rest of the class to the playground.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and was found to be deficient. A child was left alone in a classroom for approximately thirteen minutes.”
“This standard was evaluated for the investigation and was found to be deficient. Through interviews with staff and review of video, it was determined that a young child was left unsupervised in a hallway for one minute and forty seconds.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and was found to be deficient. Through review of video and interviews with staff, it was determined a child was left unsupervised in a room for 6 minutes and 3 seconds.”
“The operation has not had an annual fire inspection since 10/22/2019.”
“The operation did not have a copy of their current liability insurance available for review during the inspection.”
