Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A special care statement is missing for six children.”
“A food allergy question was not answered on the admission form for six children.”

“The CCR observed expired antiseptic solutions in the provider's first aid kit.”
“Admission dates are missing for four children.”
“One child's release information is missing from the admission form.”

“The provider's backyard, where the children play, contains a shovel, leaf rake, ladder, broken tiles, and an unused water hose accessible to the children.”
