Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Observed exposed nails on a ramp outside and a tree stump area that is a tripping hazard. Observed wires on the floor where children have access to it.”
“Observed a caregiver leave an infant in one classroom to get another infant from the kitchen area. This was corrected when staff were spoken too.”
“Observed rotted wood on the porch area and broken wood on the porch that the children use to go to the playground.”
“Observed an epi pen that did not have the prescription showing who the medication belonged to.”
“Observed an epi pen that had been expired June 2025. I spoke with the director about getting new medication for the child and sending the expired one home.”
“During the inspection it was found that the snacks provided at the operation did not meet the USDA food program patterns as required by state.”
