Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“3 live ant beds were observed on the playground area. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the primary caregiver pour ant poison on the three ant beds.”
“Children under the age of two were observed in the living room area watching television. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the primary caregiver turn off the television.”
“The operation has not complete their annual children product certification since 2023.”
“During inspection, operational policies did not discuss promotion of physical activity.”
“During inspection, operational policies did not discuss administering of unassigned epinephrine auto-injectors.”
“During insepection, operational policies did not discuss infant procedures for safe sleep.”
