Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have a safe sleep policy for the parents to review in the operation's policies.”
“According to manufacturers guidelines, a child shoud be 35 inches, 30 pounds, and unable to climb out. A child was observed using the pack and play that was outside the manufacturer guidelines. This was corrected at inspection when the child was removed from the pack and play.”
