Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to caring for children at one time when more than infants were present. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
“Based on record review and interview, the facility did not comply with the section cited above due to a now-dismissed assistant correcting behavior by yelling at a child in a tone and volume that abridged the child's personal rights. This posed an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
