Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“On June 23, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding mixing children of various ages in classrooms, suspension policy, and not meeting the child s needs. An investigation was conducted on June 30, 2026. This complaint is substantiated for mixing children of various ages in classrooms, because according to staff interviews and attendance records, Child #1, a two-year-old, was moved into the three-year-old classroom on June 22, 2026, and stayed for lunch and nap. Owner #1 stated Child #1 s behavior was so out of control, the decision was made to protect the younger children. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegation the center violated their suspension policy, because the parent handbook states, The following are reasons we may have to expel or suspend a child: 1. the child is at risk of causing serious injury to other children or him/herself,. Staff interviewed and documentation reviewed show Child #1 was causing injury to other children and staff. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegation the center was not meeting Child #1 s needs, leaving him/her with a snotty nose and in soiled pants. According to staff interviewed, they perform diaper checks and changes appropriately. Staff stated there is always extra clothing on hand in case a child s own clothing is soiled, and they ensure they wipe runny noses, as needed.”
“Ensure staff files are complete. Two staff need two attempts to obtain service letters.”

“Ensure art materials are always accessible in the classroom for ages two years and older. This was corrected at the visit when the art materials in the two-year-old classroom were made available.”
“OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On March 6, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding improper discipline. An investigation began on March 5, 2025, and concluded on July 14, 2025. This complaint is substantiated because three different videos reviewed showed Staff #1 engaging in various forms of improper discipline, including roughly handling Child #1 by pulling them, pushing them into a chair and against a table, and restraining them.”
“Ensure gates in the outdoor play area fencing is self-closing and self-latching. Repair main gate off parking lot.”

There is a broken gate in the toddler area, a broken gate leading from parking lot into play area, and the main gate from the building does not self-close or self-latch. Fix sharp edge on parking lot gate, Remove broken picnic table to ensure all equipment is in a safe condition.”
