A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs a health appraisal, immunizations, and blood lead level test result. Two children need updated health appraisals with immunizations.”
“Ensure air fresheners and scented candles are not used while children are in care. This was corrected at the visit when the candle warmer was turned off.”
