A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Ensure staff files are complete. Staff #1 and 2needs a DEED's cert, Staff #1 needs administration of medication, staff #2 needs CPR/FA, staff #1 needs OCCL health and safety training and a job description, staf #1 and 2 need 4 references, staff #2 needs an adult health appraisal, staff 1 and 2 need 2 service letters or atempts.”

A staff member was using a cell phone while they were supposed to be supervising children in the pool. This was corrected when the staff member was immediately terminated from employment.”
