Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A staff employeed in 2024 was lacking of pre-employment affidavit in her file. It was corrected at the inspection time when the staff completed the pre-employment form.”
“Based on investigation findings a 5-year-old child was left unsupervised in the EC4 classroom. Two caregivers did not scan the classroom to ensure that all children were accounted for prior to taking class outside.”
“The operational staff did not use proper judgment when evaluating the injury of child.”
“The operation staff did not use the playground structure according to manufacture instructions that lead injury to a child.”
“The operation did not have an updated fire inspection.”
