Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two children admission form were missing the update immunization record.”
“The caregiver used the inappropriate discipline method for the child in care.”
“The caregiver did not write the incident report to share with the parent about the incident of the pointer hitting the child in his upper forehead area.”
“Based on information gathered during the investigation, it was found that the caregiver left a child outside on the operation's playground.”
“Five of ten employees did not have high school diploma evaluated and translated into English.”
“Two of ten employees did not have the high school diploma available to review.”
“Fifteen staff were lacking of the hands-on practice part of the CPR training.”
“Based on the information gathered in the investigation this standard was found deficient.”
“During the investigation inspection, it was observed electric fans reachable to children.”
“Based on the investigation and information obtained the operation did not demonstrate competency and good judgment when performing assigned responsibilities to determine children's needs while in care.”
