Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At the time of the inspection there were 3 assigned expired epinephrine auto-injectors observed. This was corrected when the 3-epinephrine auto-injectors were removed by staff.”
“Based on the evidence obtained during a DFPS investigation, staff failed to ensure that a food item with an elevated choking risk was modified prior to being served to a child resulting in the child choking.”
“During the inspection, it was found that the most recent fire inspection report dated 1.18.23 had listed fire code violations that have not been documented as being corrected.”
