“During the inspection it was found that a 10 month old infant was sleeping in a bouncer for approximately 20 minutes. This was corrected at the inspection by the caregiver placing the infant in their assigned crib.”

“It was found during the inspection the 18-24 month old classroom had 20 children present in the class therefore was over the maximum group size for this age group.”

“1 out of 4 records reviewed did not have their First Aid/CPR certification on file or available for Licensing to review during the inspection.”

“3 out of 4 classrooms inspected caregivers did not know how many children were in the classroom.”
