Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on information obtained during the investigation, the director did not intervene to stop a parent from talking to another child in care to correct the child's behavior.”
“Based on information obtained during the investigation, the operation did not follow their operational policy regarding children with challenging behaviors. The operation failed to provide required weekly behavior progress reports and did not develop individualized strategies to support the child.”
“Based on information obtained during the investigation, the operational policy states they follow Katy ISD guidelines. However, the operational policy does not identify or include what those guidelines are.”
