A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was determined that at least two children were unsupervised in an empty classroom pushing on a door. While this was occurring, a third child is seen pulling on the door and staff were not aware of what was happening.”
“It was determined that the Dutch door in between the classrooms had a broken latch that prevented both halves of the door to be latched. As a result, both halves of the door could swing independently of each other causing a safety concern.”
“During the inspection at the program children were present and engaging in activites on the second level of the facility without written fire marshal approval.
