Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the evidence obtained it is determined that the operation was not in compliance with supervision as the caregiver was not able to intervene to avoid the accident form occurring.”
“Outdoor activity plan only has one opportunity for outdoor play. A minimum of two outdoor opportunities needs to be included in the activity plan.”
“Four nail head protrusions within children's reach were observed in the outdoor play area of the operation. Exposed nails were located next to the main playground area. NOTE: This was corrected during inspection. Protrusions were removed by maintenance staff.”
“An employee present during inspection did not have an active background check. NOTE: Employee left the operation. Background check was ran during inspection.”
