Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There are three red ant piles within operation's playground. Part of the playground fence fell over and is leaning towards the inside of the playground. Note: Provider sent work order to Head Start HeadQuarters and ISD.”
“Emergency plan for a child with a food allergy is missing the possible symptoms if exposed to a food on the list and the steps to take if the child has an allergic reaction.”
“Operation has a slide in the playground whose base has started to corrode.”
“Napping mats in classrooms 1 and 2 were not labeled with the children's names nor number assigned.”
