Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver failed to supervise and intervene to prevent harm to a child, who was struck with a fake flowerpot and sustained an injury requiring medical services.”
“Based on information obtained from during the investigation, the caregiver did not use good judgment when they did not intervene or redirect a child who climbed over the fence to get a ball.”
“Based on the information and the video obtained during the inspection, the caregiver observed did not use good judgment when handling the child to the chair too rough. Note : The caregiver was no longer with the operation . Discussed with the director about retraining good judgment for the caregiver .”

“Based on information from the DFPS investigation, the ratio for the classrooms is 1:11, and the caregiver was left with 15 children.”
“Based on information gathered from DFPS, a child in care was improperly supervised and engaged in a fight with another child.”
