Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Video footage was view of a child being left alone in a room for approximately two minutes.”
“I observed on video footage seven toddlers walking out the back door of the room onto the playground unattended.”
“Three of ten children records reviewed did not have an emergency contact address documented on the admission form during the time of inspection.”
“Based on the information obtained during the investigation, the operation was found deficient in this standard because a child was left alone for approximately 2 minutes in a gated area.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and the operation was found to be deficient after a caregiver was observed placing a leg over a child's body during nap time.”
