Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operational policy/parent handbook that the primary caregivers provide to the parents at the time of enrollment did not include all the required information. Information missing included promotion of outdoor physical activity, how to contact Licensing, health checks and more. These policies were broken down on separate documents not included in the parent handbook to be issued to parents.”
