Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The Loose fill on the playground was bare in many areas and grass was growing through it,”
“Theere was a rope hanging from a play structure posing a strangulation hazard. This was correcetd whent he rope was removed.”
“There was a bucket of water from a leak outside. This was corrected at inspection when the bucket was emptied. However, the leak still persist.”
“One of the garbage cans had a diaper in it and was accessible to children. This was corrected when the trash was removed.”
“There were two bottles in the handwashing sink for diaper changing. This was corrected at inspection when both bottles were removed.”
“Eight out of ten of the infant feeding instructions have not been updated in the last 30 days.”
