Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Operation has not provided Licensing with required documentation.”
“Operation has new surfacing on the playground. There was no Test Data Documentation available for review which should show the impact rating. Operation was recited as there is still no documentation.”
“Napping equipment was touching and right up next to each other. There was no space in between each mat.”
“Operation has new surfacing on the playground. There was no Test Data Documentation available for review which should show the impact rating.”
“During my inspection, there were two caregivers that were not sure how many chidlren they were responsible for.”
“During my inspection, I observed a closet/supply room door that was unlocked. This supply room is located in a bathroom that is used by children. Upon opening the door, there were several cleaning products inside. This was corrected at inspection when the door was locked.”
“Younger children were obsersved during outdoor play. Supervision was inappropriate as caregivers were observed not adequately supervising children that were playing in different areas of the large playground.”
“Children's Products Recall form was not posted. This was corrected at inspection.”
“Operation did not notify Licensing within the required timeframe.”
“Upon reviewing children's records, 10 out of 10 records reviewed did not include the following: Operational policies acknowledgment and Food Allergy acknowledgment.”
