Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver hired 8/16/21, without previous child care experience, used in ratio and left alone with children, has not completed 24 hours of preservice training.”
“The operation added new playground climbing equipment with two slides, four spring rocking horses/zebras, and updated the unitary surfacing to the playground. The operation did not notify Child Care Regulation. This standard was corrected at inspection when the inspector was informed of the addition.”
