Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Storage space for individual belongings were not labeled with the child's names. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the labels with children's names were created and placed in their individual storage spaces.”
“The operational policies did not include the parents rights.”
“The activity plan was not available for review during the inspection.”
“A child was observed using screen time during meal time. Note: This was corrected at inspection as the tablet was removed from the child.”
“The primary caregiver did not have transportation training.”
