Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The provider is not signed up for CPSC product recall notices and has not signed the Children's Product Certification form.”
“Proof provider meets education requirement was not available for review at time of inspection.”
“The provider has the incorrect type of fire extinguisher required.”
“The operational policies did not include promotion of physical activity policy Note: This was corrected at inspection as the policy was added.”
